Configuring Locales

This section describes how to configure uni locale support for Verity Business Console, specifically, the CJK (Chinese/Japanese/Korean) configuration.

The following client systems support the CJK configuration:

Mac OS X (without further configuration)

Windows in the corresponding locale (for example, zh for Chinese)

To run a language in an alternate locale in Windows, you must:

1. Ensure that the system has the correct fonts installed.

2. In your Java installation, replace the lib/font.properties file with the correct locale-specific fonts.properties file (for example, ../Java/lib/font.properties.zh for Chinese).

3. Restart Java.
