Attaching a Ticket Server


Attach a K2 Ticket Server to implement user roles in Business Console. You can run Business Console without a ticket server; however, if you do not use a ticket server all users have administrative privileges.

Attach a K2 Ticket Server to the Master Administration Server. Business Console then creates an internal K2 Server and attaches it to the K2 Ticket Server.
