The Region of Interest (ROI) to monitor for number plates. Use this parameter if the region of interest is a shape other than a rectangle. To define rectangular regions, set the Region parameter instead.
You must set a pair of values for each point (x1,y1,x2,y2,x3,y3, and so on), and specify at least three pairs of integers. These values represent the distance between the sides of the ROI and the left or top side of the frame.
By default, the values are in pixels (zero-based). However, you can set the ROI based on the video proportions by setting
