Object Recognition

This section describes the actions that you can use to train object recognition.

NOTE:

Apart from ListObjectDatabases, ListObjects, and GetObjectImage, all of these actions are administrative actions that can be sent only from AdminClients.

AddObjectImages Adds training images to an object.
AddObjectMetadata Adds custom metadata (a key-value pair) to an object.
BuildAllObjects Trains HPE Media Server to recognize any objects that exist in its database and need training.
BuildObject Trains HPE Media Server to recognize an object.
CreateObjectDatabase Creates a new, empty, database to store objects for object recognition.
GetObjectImage Returns a training image associated with an object.
ListObjectDatabases Lists the databases that have been created to store objects for use with object recognition.
ListObjects Returns a list of objects in a specified database.
MoveObject Moves an object from one database to another.
MoveObjectImage Moves a training image from one object to another.
NewObject Adds a new object to a database of objects.
NullObjectImageData Removes (deletes) images from an object, but does not remove the training generated from those images.
RelabelObjectImage Relabels an object image.
RemoveObject Removes (deletes) an existing object.
RemoveObjectDatabase Removes (deletes) a database that stores objects.
RemoveObjectImages Removes training images from an object.
RemoveObjectMetadata Removes custom metadata (a key-value pair) from an object.
RenameObject Changes the identifier for an object that you have already added to a database.
RenameObjectDatabase Renames a database that stores objects.
SetObjectTrainingOption Sets the value of a training option for an object.
SyncObjects Forces HPE Media Server to synchronize with the latest object training data in the database.
TrainObject Train HPE Media Server to detect an object with a single action.
UnsetObjectTrainingOption Removes a training option that has been applied to an object.
UnsyncObjects Removes all object recognition training from memory (does not affect the database).
UpdateObjectMetadata Updates the value of a key-value pair in the custom metadata of an object.
