Description

Encryption type for returned data:

  • Enter TEA to use the Block Tiny Encryption Algorithm (BTEA) to encrypt the data the server returns. BTEA is a Feistel cipher which uses operations from mixed (orthogonal) algebraic groups. It encrypts 64 data bits at a time using a 128-bit key.
  • Enter GSS if this IDOL server is a child server of a DAH that is using Kerberos protocol for communication.

Note: You must add EncryptResponse=true to your action command to enable the encryption of the response that the server returns for the command.
