Batch queries

You can use the MaxResults parameter with the Start parameter to display the MaxResults only from the Start position onwards. The Start value must be smaller than the MaxResults value because if the position it specifies does not fall within the generated range of results, no results return for the query, even though results might be available.

For example:

MaxResults=6
Start=6

In this example, if a total of 10 results is available for the query, only the 6the result is returned for the query.

MaxResults=100
Start=6

In this example, if a total of 10 results is available for the query, the results 6 to 10 (inclusive) are returned for the query.

MaxResults=5
Start=6

In this example, no results are returned for the query (even if results are available).

You must also use this parameter in conjunction with DAHStartState and DAHEndState if the value of DAHStartState exceeds the default value or the value of the MaxResults [Server] configuration parameter; the value must be greater than the sum of DAHStartState values.
