Whether the Distributed Action Handler must add the child server ID as a prefix to the stored state token. This option only applies in mirror mode.

When StoredStateTokenEngineID is set to false, no server ID is added to the stored state token that is returned by the Distributed Action Handler. The token can then be used by the client when sending index actions, for example, directly to child servers.

Note: When using StoredStateTokenEngineID, all child servers must share the same state token folder.
