True if the database contains inverted agents.
Inverted agents are identical copies of the query agents that a user can access. When you index a new document into the IDOL Content Component that the query agents use for querying, the document is used to query against this database of inverted agents. Each inverted agent is returned with a relevance that is equal to the relevance that the indexed document is given if the appropriate query agent has been matched against the IDOL Content Component that contains that document. This allows users to be alerted to new documents in a category.
