The maximum combined size of all the HPE Content Component index directories. When the limit is reached, HPE Content Component returns the <FULL> flag in the GetStatus action.

By default, the value of the <full_ratio> tag in the GetStatus action is the ratio of the number of documents in HPE Content Component to the value of the MaxDocumentCount configuration parameter. If you do not set MaxDocumentCount, the <full_ratio> is determined by MaxIndexSizeKb.

To prevent loss of data, engines that are marked as full continue to process index actions. The <FULL> marker is a guide for the component that sends index actions to the server. For example, DIH does not send index actions to full engines when you configure it with the RespectChildFullness parameter set to True. For more details, refer to the DIH Administration Guide.
