Set DefaultAddSetToReadDocuments to True to add the results that the mailing operation sends to a user to the list of recently viewed documents for that user. You can also use DefaultExcludeReadDocuments to specify whether to send previously viewed documents with results.

Set DefaultAddSetToReadDocuments to False if you do not want to add results to the list of previously viewed documents.


You can override the DefaultAddSetToReadDocuments setting for individual users by using the UserEdit action to create an AddSetToReadDocuments user field.
