The time (in seconds) before the current number of login attempts is reset. If there are more than the specified number of invalid login attempts within the specified LoginExpiryTime, the user account is locked.

For example, if you set LoginMaxAttempts to 3 and you set LoginExpiryTime to 5, if there are three incorrect attempts within five seconds, the user is locked out of the system and cannot log in again until the account is unlocked.
