Allows you to return documents that match a user profile. You can use this action, for example, to generate a personalized list of results for a user when they log on.


This action uses port 9000 to request profile results for the Administrator user from IDOL Community Component which is located on a machine with the IP address


Parameter Description Required
DeferLogin Use another system for user authentication.  
DREQueryParameter A Query action parameter to add to the ProfileGetResults action.  
EmailAddress The e-mail address of the user.  
FieldFieldName A field for the user.  
MaxDate The maximum creation date that a profile can have to return.  
MaxNumber The maximum number of results that can return.  
MaxScore The maximum score that can return.  
MinDate The minimum creation date that a profile can have to return.  
MinScore The minimum score that can return.  
NamedArea Restricts the profile to the specified named area.  
PID The ID of the profile to return.  
RemoveDuplicates Whether to remove duplicate entries from results.  
Security A field for the user to store the user’s security details.  
SecurityString Sets the security string to return secure documents.  
ShowTerms Whether to return profile terms.  
UID The ID of the user that the profile to return belongs to. see Comments
UserDetails Whether to return user details.  
UserName The username of the user that the profile to return belongs to. see Comments
ViewingUserName The name of another user who can view the profile’s results.
