MergeConfig

Allows you to merge a configuration file with one or more configuration file sections. Alternatively, you can use it to set or delete individual configuration parameters.

Example

http://12.3.4.56:40050/action=MergeConfig&Key0=Default/IndexPort&Value0=6000&Key1=Default/QueryPort&Value1=8000

In this example, the MergeConfig command is used to set the value of the IndexPort parameter in the configuration file’s [Default] section to 6000, and to set the value of the QueryPort parameter in the configuration file’s [Default] section to 8000.

In this example, the MergeConfig command is used to delete the DREFieldName parameter from the configuration file’s [Default] section.

Parameter Description Required
Config POST request configuration file content to be merged with the service’s configuration file. see comments
DeleteKey<N> A parameter to be deleted from the service’s configuration file. see comments
Key<N> A parameter to be set in the service’s configuration file. see comments
Value<N> The value to which the specified Key<N> is set. see comments
