Type

String

Default

Required

no

Description

Allows you to specify multiple fields in order of precedence to automatically extract the value of the field that has the highest precedence, and store it in a new field. List the field that has the highest precedence first, followed by the field with the next highest precedence and so on. Use ImportRemapFieldsCSVsTo<N> to specify the new field that you want to use to store the extracted value in IDOL server.

Example

ImportRemapFieldsCSVsFrom0=Date1,Date2,Date3
ImportRemapFieldsCSVsTo0=Date

In this example, the Date1 field has precedence over the Date2 and Date3 field, and the Date2 field has precedence over the Date3 field. When an Autonomy connector aggregates documents, the Import Module checks if the incoming documents contain Date1, Date2 and Date3 fields. If a document contains a Date1 field, the value of this field is extracted to a Date field in the IDX or XML file that the Import Module creates. If no Date1 field is present in a document, the Import Module extracts the value of the documentís Date2 field, or, if this field doesnít exist either, the value of the documentís Date3 field.
