TaskThreads parameter specifies the number of simultaneous tasks that can be performed for an action.
action=fetch action can result in a number of tasks. Each task generally consists of performing a subset of the action using a particular configuration section. For example, a single
synchronize action can actually mean performing a
synchronize action for multiple configured tasks. For
collect and other actions where identifiers are provided, the identifiers are tied to particular configuration sections, so the whole action can span across several configuration sections. Generally, a single task is for a particular configuration section. Each is processed on a separate thread.
